Welcome to the WWII U.S. section of the
museum. You will be able to view our extensive collection of
WWII American Helmets, WWII American Hats, WWII U.S. Wings & Insignia, WWII
American
Medals, WWII
American Uniforms, and Other U.S. WWII artifacts such as Field Gear, Weapons,
Personal Equipment and photographs. WWII U.S. Combat Helmets: This section will show the
many different models & finishes the United States used
during WWII for their combat helmets. Other 'helmets' such
as leather flight helmets and non-military helmets will
be in the headgear section.
WWII U.S. Flight Helmets:
This section will include a variety of different WWII U.S.
Summer and Leather Flight Helmets
worn by Army Air Corps and Navy personnel during
World War Two between
1941-1945.
WWII U.S. Uniforms: This section
will show different uniforms & items worn by the U.S.
soldiers during World War Two. 1941-1945.
WWII U.S. Wings: This section will
show WWII Sterling Pilots, Bombers, crew, liaison, flight
surgeon, observer, glider and navigator Wings.
WWII U.S. Weapons: This section will
include bayonets,
swords, edged weapons and other weapons used by U.S.
soldiers during World War Two..
