The NASW Wildwood Airfest Air Show is held each year at the Naval Air Station in Wildwood, New Jersey on Labor Day weekend. Airfest is an extension of their already great Museum. NASW was active during WWII and trained many naval pilots. They have all types of planes and helicopters that you can see as well as ones you can get in and touch! During airfest, there are extra vendors and displays throughout the museam. Even without Airfest, the museum is something that you should do if you're in the area. Wildwood AIrfest adds WWII bombers that you can walk through (which is included with admission). You can also pay for rides the bombers as well as a P51 mustang. It isn't a traditional airshow that has planes constantly flying, but it is an active airport, so there are private planes and jets taking off from time to time. Below are pictures and videos from 2017 which include my Jeep and my son's Mini 1/2 scale jeep. Also featured this year was Jim Krombach's Navy and Marine Corp display.
